ABOUT US

We are a small Chartered Building Surveying practice, established in 2005 and becoming a limited company in 2007, offering a wide range of professional services.

We offer a fast, efficient service and listen carefully to your requirements. From a technical background, we are pragmatic in our approach and give straightforward advice — honesty is one of our key strengths

The proprietor, Tim Harris gained his initial work experience in local authority Building Control where he learnt a good practical understanding of building and construction. He then spent several years in the private sector gaining experience with numerous surveying practices and a London based Housing Association.

Our experience covers a wide range of services including Building Surveys, Structural Investigation, Building Defects, Party Wall matters, Architectural Design and Project Management.
